These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the broadband and internet services provided by Webvines Services (OPC) Private Limited,

By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Regulatory Compliance:

Services are provided in accordance with the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, and guidelines issued by DoT and TRAI, as amended from time to time.

2. Service Nature:

Internet services are provided on a best-effort basis. Advertised speeds are “up to” the maximum speed and may vary due to technical, network, or third-party factors.

3. Eligibility & KYC:

Service activation is subject to successful KYC verification as mandated by DoT. Incorrect or false information may result in suspension or termination.

4. Plans, Billing & Payments:

All plans are prepaid unless otherwise stated.

Charges are payable in advance and are exclusive of applicable GST.

Non-payment may lead to suspension or disconnection of service.

5. Installation & Equipment:

Installation is subject to technical feasibility. Installation and activation charges are non-refundable once service is activated.

Company-provided equipment remains the property of the Service Provider and must be returned upon disconnection.

6. Acceptable Use:

Subscribers must use the service only for lawful purposes.

Illegal activities, commercial resale, network abuse, or misuse of services is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension.

7. Service Availability:

Uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Temporary outages due to maintenance, power issues, natural events, government orders, or third-party failures do not qualify for refunds.

8. Refunds & Cancellations:

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.

9. Suspension & Termination:

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse, breach of terms, or regulatory directions.

10. Limitation of Liability:

The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the affected billing period.

11. Privacy & Legal Compliance:

Subscriber data is handled in accordance with applicable laws. Lawful interception or monitoring shall be carried out as required by government authorities.

12. Amendments:

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
