This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the delivery of equipment and activation of services by Webvines Services (OPC) Private Limited,

1. Scope:

This policy applies to:

Delivery of routers, ONT/modems, and accessories

Installation and activation of broadband/internet services

Replacement of faulty or defective equipment

2. Service Activation:

Internet services are activated only after successful KYC verification, payment confirmation, and technical feasibility.

Activation timelines may vary based on location, infrastructure availability, and Right of Way (RoW) permissions.

Delays caused by force majeure events, government permissions, or third-party dependencies shall not be treated as a breach of service.

3. Equipment Delivery:

Equipment may be delivered through: 

Company technicians

Authorized delivery partners

Courier services

Estimated delivery timelines (indicative only):

Metro / Urban Areas: 2–5 working days

Non-metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 working days.

4. Shipping Charges:

Shipping or delivery charges, if applicable, shall be clearly communicated at the time of order.

Free delivery may be offered as part of promotional or bundled plans.

5. Delivery Conditions:

The Subscriber or an authorized representative must be available at the registered address to receive the equipment.

Valid identity proof may be required at the time of delivery or installation.

In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may attract additional charges.

6. Installation & Setup:

Installation is subject to technical feasibility at the Subscriber’s premises.

The Service Provider shall not be responsible for delays due to customer premises readiness issues such as internal wiring, power availability, or access restrictions.

7. Damaged or Missing Items:

Any physical damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims raised after this period may not be entertained.

Replacement or repair shall be provided as per warranty or internal assessment.

8. Ownership of Equipment:

Company-provided equipment supplied on a returnable basis remains the property of Webvines Services (OPC) Private Limited.

Ownership terms shall be as per the subscribed plan or agreement.

9. Cancellation Before Delivery:

Orders cancelled before shipment may be eligible for refund as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Once equipment is shipped or installation is initiated, cancellation may not be permitted or may attract charges.

10. Address Change:

Requests for change in delivery or installation address must be raised prior to shipment.

Address change is subject to feasibility and service availability.

11. Force Majeure:

Delivery and installation timelines may be affected by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.

12. Policy Updates:

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions shall be published on the website.
