Return & Replacement Policy:

This Return & Replacement Policy applies to equipment supplied and services provided by Webvines Services (OPC) Private Limited,
A-110, Zamrudpur, Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi – 110048
GSTIN: 07AADCW2608L1Z6 (“Service Provider”).

1. Scope:

This policy applies to:

Routers, ONT/modems, power adapters, cables, and accessories

Equipment supplied on rental, returnable, or ownership basis

Replacement of defective or damaged equipment.

2. No General Returns:

Internet services once activated are not returnable.

Equipment once installed or delivered is not eligible for return, except as provided under this policy.

3. Replacement Eligibility:

Replacement may be provided only under the following conditions:

Equipment received is physically damaged at the time of delivery

Equipment is dead on arrival (DOA) or not functioning at first installation

Equipment has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

4. Replacement Request Timeline:

Damage, defect, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or installation.

Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for replacement.

5. Inspection & Approval:

All replacement requests are subject to physical and technical inspection by the Service Provider.

Replacement will be approved only after verification of the issue.

6. Conditions Not Eligible for Replacement:

Replacement shall not be provided in cases of:

Physical damage due to mishandling, misuse, water damage, or electrical surge

Unauthorized modification or tampering

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by third-party wiring or equipment.

7. Replacement Method:

Replacement may be provided through:

On-site technician visit

Swap at Service Provider office

Courier delivery (where feasible)

8. Equipment Ownership:

Equipment provided on a returnable or rental basis remains the property of Webvines Services (OPC) Private Limited.

Replacement does not transfer ownership unless explicitly stated in the plan.

9. Refunds:

No monetary refund shall be issued for replaced equipment.

Refunds, if any, shall be governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Service Disconnection & Return:

Upon disconnection of service, all returnable equipment must be handed over in good working condition.

Failure to return or return of damaged equipment may result in recovery charges or forfeiture of security deposit.

11. Warranty:

Warranty coverage, if applicable, shall be as per manufacturer’s terms.

The Service Provider may facilitate warranty support but does not guarantee manufacturer timelines.

12. Policy Updates:

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions shall be published on the website.
